Message usWhich plan does my team need?
Business Basic suits teams that work in a browser and need email, storage, and Teams. Business Standard adds the installed desktop Office apps. Business Premium adds device management and advanced security. You can mix plans, for example Standard for staff who need desktop apps and Basic for everyone else.
Are these the final prices?
No. They are reference prices per user per month as of 5 September 2026. Your written quote confirms the live price, the billing option (monthly or annual), and the commitment before anything is ordered or charged.
We already use Microsoft 365. Can you help?
Yes. Tell us in your request that you already have Microsoft 365 and which domain it uses. We check what can be added or moved and quote only what you need.
Can we add or remove users later?
Adding users is straightforward. Reducing users or cancelling depends on the billing commitment you chose: monthly options are more flexible, while annual commitments have fixed terms and limited cancellation windows. Your quote shows the exact rules before you approve.
