Notebook for orders. Paper slip for payments. A spreadsheet for daily sales. And every few minutes, a customer asking, "Nasaan na ang laundry ko?"

That is how most laundry shops in the Philippines run, and it works until the shop gets busy. We built LaundryFlow for the moment it stops working: when a cashier takes over the afternoon shift, when half-paid orders pile up, and when the owner wants to know today's sales without counting the notebook at night.

1. From notebook to dashboard

LaundryFlow puts your customer orders, laundry status, payments, pending pickups, and daily sales summary in one mobile-friendly system. Open it on a phone, tablet, or laptop. There is no app-store download: you can install it from the browser like an app.

Instead of flipping through pages to find an order, you search the customer's name and see the full history.

2. Received to Claimed

Every order moves through the same six stages:

  1. Received
  2. Washing
  3. Drying
  4. Folding
  5. Ready
  6. Claimed

The owner, cashier, and staff all see the same current stage, so answering a customer takes seconds instead of a walk to the back room. Finished orders that have not been picked up stay visible, so bundles do not sit on the shelf for weeks.

3. May balance pa ba?

Payments are recorded against the order itself: paid, unpaid, or partially paid, with the remaining balance. Before releasing the laundry, the cashier sees whether there is still money to collect. At closing, the owner sees which transactions still need follow-up.

LaundryFlow is an internal shop management system. Its transaction slips are not BIR official invoices or receipts, so keep issuing your registered BIR invoices separately.
