Ang Aming Kwento

A fiesta table,
opened to everyone.

Sinag began as a Sunday fiesta table in our grandmother’s backyard in Cebu — one long bench, one clay palayok, and recipes passed down by taste rather than by measurement.

In 2019 we carried that table to Makati. Nothing is rushed: our broths simmer overnight, our rice arrives from Ifugao terraces, and every plate leaves the pass the way Lola would have sent it.
