●Filipino Kitchen & Bar — Est. 2019
Heirloom Filipino recipes, fire-cooked the way our grandmothers intended — served in a warm, modern hall in the heart of Makati.

Ang Aming Kwento
Sinag began as a Sunday fiesta table in our grandmother’s backyard in Cebu — one long bench, one clay palayok, and recipes passed down by taste rather than by measurement.
In 2019 we carried that table to Makati. Nothing is rushed: our broths simmer overnight, our rice arrives from Ifugao terraces, and every plate leaves the pass the way Lola would have sent it.

Beyond the Menu
Charcoal-grilled platters every Sat & Sun — liempo, pusit, and native chicken straight off the parilla.
Heirloom rice varieties sourced directly from Ifugao terraces, milled weekly.
A rotating list of Filipino rum cocktails matched to our signature dishes.
